Konecta created the Fundación Konecta in 2005 with the aim of channelling the company’s social action, applying its business resources to social causes and generating alliances in order to create a multiplier effect for the initiatives undertaken. Throughout its history, the Foundation has invested more than 16.7 million euros to benefit almost 216,000 people. It has enabled the integration into the labour market of more than 15,000 people at risk of exclusion, including women who have suffered gender-based violence, victims of terrorism, people with disabilities and people over 55 years of age.
