Digital inclusion and professional support towards jobs with a future

Konecta Foundation promotes innovative projects that foster the labor integration of people at risk of exclusion. With extensive experience in projects linked to the Customer Experience sector, and as part of the CX industry leader Konecta, the Foundation leverages the company’s professional resources to deliver its initiatives.

The School was created in 2017 in an in-person format with the mission of providing training in market-relevant certifications and facilitating access to employment for vulnerable individuals. In 2022, the Digital School was launched, aiming to expand and globalize the initiative to create job opportunities for a greater number of people in vulnerable situations.

In both formats, training is enhanced with additional activities that bring value to participants, such as webinars on AI and current topics, employability workshops, workplace visits, access to Konecta’s job board, and opportunities for real interviews with feedback to improve skills.

More than 1,200 people
have already benefited from this project thanks to the collaboration of companies such as Banco Santander, IBM, and Vass, alongside Konecta.
